Restaurant Manager Kødbyens Fiskebare – full time from 1st April
Kødbyens Fiskebar is a place with high energy, big ambitions, and a deep love of great hospitality. We work passionately with food, wine, and service – always with a sense of ease, humor, and mutual respect. The atmosphere is lively, the pace is fast, and our service is relaxed yet precise.
We’re now looking for a restaurant manager who wants to be right at the heart of it all. The role is hands-on and closely tied to service: approximately 30 hours per week on the floor, primarily during evening service, where you’ll be visible, present, and set a positive tone for both guests and the team.
You have a strong eye for detail, but an even stronger understanding of people. You know that the best service happens when the room feels good – for both guests and colleagues.

Sommelier Fiskebaren
Sommelier Kødbyens Fiskebar · Full Time start date 1st April
Wine plays a central role with us — but never more than the guest. Fiskebaren’s wine profile is vibrant, curious, and constantly evolving, built on a shared desire to taste, share, and deepen our knowledge together.
The position includes opportunities for weekly tastings with suppliers around Copenhagen, professional sparring within a team of approximately 10 sommeliers, and internal sommelier trips. You will become part of an inspiring environment where winemakers regularly visit Fiskebaren to share their knowledge, host tastings, and tell their stories.

Waiter / Runner / Bartender Vinbaren – full time & part time start date 15th May

Kødbyens Vinbar is opening as a new and vibrant meeting place in the Meatpacking District, built around wine, food, hospitality, and the desire to create something together. We are now assembling an entirely new team of waiters, runners, and bartenders — both full- time and part-time.

Restaurant Manager Kødbyens Vinbar – full time from May 1st (Opening May 15)
Kødbyens Vinbar is a new venue with big ambitions and a clear vision: to create a vibrant, warm, and informal space where wine, food, and hospitality come together seamlessly. We are opening in the heart of the Meatpacking District and building everything from the ground up — culture, team, and atmosphere.
We are therefore looking for a Restaurant Manager who is excited to help set the direction from day one.
This is a hands-on role. Approximately 30 hours per week will be dedicated to service, split evenly between lunch and dinner shifts. You will be present and visible on the floor, working closely with the team and placing strong emphasis on hospitality — both towards guests and colleagues.
This is a unique opportunity to build a strong culture within a brand-new team and help define what Vinbaren should feel like.

Sommelier Kødbyens Vinbar – Full time start date 15th May
Kødbyens Vinbar is opening this spring as a new and vibrant destination in the Meatpacking District — a place where wine takes center stage: in the glass, in the conversations, and in the atmosphere around the tables. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the strongest collections of modern wines available.
We are now looking for one (or more) sommeliers who would like to join us from the very beginning and help shape the wine selection, the storytelling, and the overall experience. The role is almost entirely service-based, placing you close to the guests and at the heart of creating the experience from day one.
The position also offers opportunities for weekly tastings with suppliers around Copenhagen, professional sparring within a team of approximately 10 sommeliers, and internal sommelier trips.
